I don't believe in it at all....they even try to force you to put it in your animal ...I received a letter a few years ago saying they noticed I took my pet to the vet but she didn't have a chip and the letter said they would fine me if I didn't go get a chip put in her...I just acted like she ran off lol

Man, pets are different. If we can cut off their balls then chipping them shouldn't be an issue (as long as it's proven safe). That's how you find lost/stolen pets; I'm all for that.
