I mean this sincerely: how much time did he need to start making a tangible social impact if that’s really his end goal?

Because Hampton was well on his way when he got cut short at 21. Newton started the Panthers at like 23.

Pac at his end was seemingly intent on making a career in movies. He definitely has a historical background in social justice because of who his parents were but I don’t know why some people act like he was destined to follow in the footsteps of those other guys. His efforts were largely put toward entertainment in spite of his political ideology.
