Dr. Newton (he held a phD which they never want you to know about) at around 14 minutes mentions how the Black Panther party was systematically destroyed and mentions the spying and the Counter Intelligence Program. Times really don't change. 28 years ago black America was talking about the prison industrial complex but it wasn't until the Clinton administration in the 90s that the effects became so astronomical. He put more black men away than any other presidency. Nobody seemed to care until now when it's a hot button issue, which still won't be resolved.

I think you're right, it starts with a black family structure first. I'm talking solid family structure. I really cannot stress that enough. We cannot allow for us families to keep on being broken. We must come together, support each other's achievements in all ways and that of course includes economically. For some reason people in this country just hate to see a strong black family.

i hear you breh but i would be hesitant to judge this man(esp going off a book that was co authored by a cac), we dont know fully what he may have seen or gone thru to drive him into whatever downward spiral he went into..i try to give most of these dudes credit for the positive they did and i'll always suspect foul play by cacs if things go awry. I been reading "seize the time" and bobby seale def seems like a stand up brotha. salute all these real Afrikans
