3.) Also not surprised at the c00n crabs in a barrel
mentality some blk dudes showin in this thread. At my sister's high school blk chicks was graduating with 5.0 gpas and had taken AP courses and passed 4 tests but their acheivements will be undermined by the assumption that they had to fukk their way to the top.

I put in blood, sweat and a hell of a lotta tears on the road to tenureship to have some dusty bum accuse me of guzzling nut to get where I'm going. shyt is ridiculous but pls remember shyt like this when ya'll claim blk women have it easier. One of the most disheartening parts of being a woman is having ur talent dismissed b/c what's in between ur legs.

So does sexism, sexual harassment and bribery not exist because women will change the narrative fairly quickly from complaining about their merit being overlooked to discussing the former. BTW, no one said that many women having to use sexual currency was right...just that it happens.

1.) Not surprised which is why we need a reboot of our own Blk Wallstreet
2.) How blks can stomach whites in the corporate world is a mystery to me.

The sad thing is I totally agree with you. Just like every man isn't fit to lead, every woman isn't meant for the kitchen. Hell the first black woman was a millionaire. The cream always rises to the top. The problem is they've demonized the homemaker to the point where you have a glut of women flocking to the corporate world who don't even wanna be there, they feel like they have to because of societal pressures. Success in the business world is usually fueled by testosterone (which will make you more aggressive and prone to take risks) its no coincidence that many "feminist icons and leaders" were masculine women or outright lesbians.

It does happen. Hell I've seen it myself but not as often as is popularized b/c people are snitches these days and rightfully so. But yeah offers get made. In my experiences, it's not explicit. Dudes don't come out and say fukk me or fuk ur career. It's more nuanced and demonic.

Men have ways of making subtle inappropriate overtures and it's understood that if u say something ur blkballed or ur that chick that's sensitive. Sometimes it is harmless. And attention whores crying harassment at every little thing doesn't help.

But if u don't say anything, the overtures continue and other people notice which gives the man in power the option of either pushing for something or making u look like it regardless.

It's just frustrating b/c those tales will stick in people's minds before the thousands of others who risked their careers by not succumbing to that shyt.

But to men's credit, I don't think it's just about men preying on women. No lie and ya'll might think I'm bullshytting but I've seen blk men targeted by women in power if they didn't wanna give up the dyck too. It's really bad in the school system. Female principals making passes at male teachers. MARRIED male teachers. They some pieces of shyt but that's the stuff that doesn't get talked about.

YEP.
That's the failure of feminism.

Equality doesn't mean adopting masculinity or abandoning the core of who you are to find value. It also doesn't mean pretending u aren't different.
Instead it means recapturing human qualities inherent to everybody and elevating ur own unique qualities.

Any woman or man who believes that being housewife is less important than other careers is stupid and women should never follow up stupid people.

But capitalism contribute to this too because we only value labor that is directly tied to money.

Breh, I've seen it firsthand. I've been in those circles.

I've heard lazy CACs laugh about hiring people under them to do all the work, while they eat off fat bonuses and travel the world on the company's dime.

The shyt felt like the mafia. If you're made, you're good until you decide to retire. That's how those CACs avoid layoffs, get roles created solely for them, etc.

Black people are rarely "made" at these corporations.
This is the exact reason why I want to get to Atlanta. Of course it isn't some Mecca where blacks thrive but you tend to see brothers and sisters in higher positions there and just maayybe the networking can allow for advancement
