You know what you're right. I honestly forgot America doesn't do anything proactive for the rest of the world.
The amount of pain suffering he's inflicted on the people of Venezuela since he's took power can't even begin to be quantified.

the oil money's drying up. everything is subsidized and brought in from foreign countries because venezuelan companies cant produce anything without losing money. inflation at 10%. get everything from huge lines in open air markets. chavez can't get the oil fast enough out of the ground to make his government work, because he's scared off every major international investor by nationalizing. the venezuelan oil companies used to be known for their efficiency now their run by political hacks. it was going to all collapse sometime soon. im with @88m3
