One thing that always annoyed me about anime on services like Netflix and Amazon is they never gave you the option to watch subs. They only had one audio track and it was the dubbed. Hulu on the other hand recognized this market and always offered subs. I've noticed that Netflix is starting to add the Japanese tracks to animes now but they're a bit behind the curve on this one. Plus,They're providing up to date updates for Attack on Titan with subs.
I noticed they even started to have fansub groups do a few of the subs. Smart move.
I still download animes that haven't been licensed in the US yet but as far as older shows and completed shows I always check hulu first now instead of torrent sites. Don't mind paying for the service.
Bonus: Plus they have Korean Drama for my girl to keep her happy.
