Because we built up those lands with our sweat and blood and the other man is still reaping the rewards off our labor. We (blacks) dont own new orleans or even jamaica and haiti to an extent. Blacks are still exploited by the wealthy landowners.

Just the idea made me think for like a hour on the subject. I know its far fetched but i could imagine some enslaved witch doctor conjuring a permanent curse on the coasts of the eastern side of the western hemisphere .
