So you are in charge of getting two new female sports reporters to cover NFL games. These sports reporters will do preseason interviews at training camp, pregame interviews in the locker room, on-field pregame interviews, half-time interviews in the hallways, post-game on-field interviews and post-game locker room interviews.
Marketing analysts for the network have shown the executives that male viewers are tuning out when the current female sports reporters are interviewing players and coaches. A subset of male viewers aged 18 to 60 were a part of a special panel to find out what viewers want. All of them unanimously were unhappy with the current female reports looks. Example complaints were they were 'old looking', 'stupid', 'assumed to be wearing granny underwear', 'wrinkly faced', 'saggy bottomed', and "flabby and sick".
You need to turn things around. You need to find two women who can appeal to the target market audience. They may not necessarily know that much about the NFL, but would be able to increase ratings just by their appearance alone. Because they cannot be afraid to be in front of a TV camera. They need to have commercial experience in television, stage, and/or movies. So they need to be a TV/movie/Broadway actress, weather girl, or existing news/sports reporter.

What two females would you choose?
