Example complaints were they were 'old looking', 'stupid', 'assumed to be wearing granny underwear', 'wrinkly faced', 'saggy bottomed', and "flabby and sick".
You need to turn things around. You need to find two women who can appeal to the target market audience. They may not necessarily know that much about the NFL, but would be able to increase ratings just by their appearance alone. Because they cannot be afraid to be in front of a TV camera. They need to have commercial experience in television, stage, and/or movies. So they need to be a TV/movie/Broadway actress, weather girl, or existing news/sports reporter.
