I don't believe that reparations is a solution. There are many descendants of African slaves who have become successful in different industries and careers in the USA without reparations.
Frederick Douglass, George Washington Carver, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, General Colin Powell, President Barack Obama, Michael Jordan, Floyd Mayweather, Quincy Jones, Prince, etc.
