You start having a cool conversation with someone, share a bond on some

denzel-washing-ton-handshake.gif

Then they talk about how they are "Financial Advisors" and you think cool :ehh:

Then they send you a link and it's some Dude having a seminar on "Financial Freedom" and "Well are you going to grab life by the horns??"

Then the guy talks about how "Well every job you work for is a Pyramid scheme, so why not join this one where you can make passive income"

Man after I left one of my old jobs, one of my old vendors hit me up on LinkedIn.

She was cool so I was about to add her but I checked her page first and it turns out she had left her Jon to Hustle primerica :dead:

Bish was trying to rope me in to a scheme so she got left on read

I'll never forget being like 18/19 being in a one of their presentations and just feeling overall "wtf is this". I never had any "real" work experience since I was still so young but I could still tell something was off and never went back. Seeing all those older black people around me old enough to be my parents/grandparents falling for it, clapping and shouting "amen" thinking they hit the lottery with this one:francis:...

Stupid and lazy people are who fall for this.

Had some folks (former friends) around me tell me to join a call with them when I was like 22.

I got on the call and was :unimpressed: and then I blurted out on the call "This sounds like a pyramid scheme." And then I started questioning ole boy.

My former associates got mad at me and was asking me not to say anything else cause I was asking too many questions.

Someone actually made money from this foolery. How many levels did he have under him in the pyramid scheme? :ohhh:

lol.

Anyone who comes to me offering stuff like that, I tune out. For all my financial planning and assistance, it’s been me that’s had to seek out help. Coming to me is an automatic red flag.

He was a SVP back in the 80s, no telling what he is now
What does SVP mean at Primerica?

How does the salary as a Senior Vice President at Primerica compare with the base salary range for this job? The average salary for a Senior Vice President is $472,530 per year in United States, which is 1% higher than the average Primerica salary of $465,668 per year for this job. Senior Vice

^^^ I worked at the airport in my early 20s and use to get mail about my stock investment monthly. Me and my pops got the same name and i fukked around and opened his statement thinking it’s mine. Man that nikka was investing over 500 a month, and paying tithes to his church (around $300 a week) :deadrose:

I got all kinds of throwback pics from going on company vacays

ATL, but rasied in DMV
I was there when it was A.L. Williams. I lasted about four or five months before I got fired from my full-time security guard job, and hit rock bottom, and determined A.L. Williams wasn't gonna help pay my bills anytime soon. Although I had gotten my Insurance License, I was gonna have to leave A.L. Williams alone sooner or later anyway. But it did help me tap this tall fine model I met at the Classics, when having a business card made people think you were gonna be rich.

Anyway, some make it in this business, but most don't. I wound up going back to college, and finishing my degree. I've seen some very close to me last for 20 years, then realize it wasn't gonna work for them. I admit they do get to travel alot, and stay in expensive hotels. And people who leave after being there for years, do wound up landing jobs somewhere in finance, making good salaries. But the tough part is facing your family and friends, who remember back when you told them you'd be a millionaire by now, and how they would be mad they didn't follow you :unimpressed:
