Honestly, after listening to that recent interview Dame gave on The Combat Jack Show, I think he's good.
I think Dame's now cool with just doing his thing (the wine, art galleries etc) without being flashy as he once was. As he said in that interview, a lot of that was for show or was an "act". He's good.

Damn I remember Cavi back in my high school days
i think he's probably good as far as mney goes but i don't believe all that bulshyt he was saying about it all being an act. he may have put it on MORE around some of the artists "to get their respect" or whatever but he showed in the interview he's still an a$$hole and a dikkhead and the fact that he burned so many bridges in the music industry is a major resaon why he's not there anymore.Honestly, after listening to that recent interview Dame gave on The Combat Jack Show, I think he's good.

shyt wasn't no act. Money went dry after joe camel did him dirty
he had no choice to fall back![]()
It wasn't tho. If Dame was relevant right now he would't be claiming his actions in the early to mid 2000's as an "act". He's only saying that to downplay the fact that he's not living as comfortable as he used to portray anymore.
It's just like when a rapper's album flops and they wanna claim their underground all of a sudden.

u do know the nikka is like 46 years old now...![]()
lol i think he's closer to late 30's than mid-late 40's but like i said before, i don't think it was all an act, i think it was more like an exaggerated version of how he really is/wasu do know the nikka is like 46 years old now...![]()
Dame Dash dancing all around, pouring liquor over video vixen in music videos and saying "holla" 24/7 wasn't "Damon Dash". It was an act, it was an image to uphold. He had a brand he was advertising and a particular demographic (Hip Hop) he was trying to appeal to which called for a lot of the act that he was portraying.
And I highly doubt that Dame is as a broke as some or maybe many believe he is. Dame's a smart cat and I think he's alright.
And? You let Hov tell it he still selling coke and he about the same age.
