I havent tried it yet, but it seems like you just have to download the emulator and the same rom i believe.
Someone host the server and others join. Dont think you need a very powerful computer either.

Real nikkaz that would play no mercy wouldn't be playing Mario party.

In fact, suggesting we all get together to play Mario party is a huge red flag and tells me if you was too catch a kickoff? You'd try to catch it like a woman, you'd drop it, then you'd get smeared so bad the Madden 92' ambulance would have to come get your lifeless body off the ghat damn field
