Bout to be all cardio and low weights now :mjcry:. Use to be able two hours of basketball than 2 more hours of soccer and not feel a thing :mjcry:. Time to just maintain now lol.

Feelin the same way. I just turned 28..played ball Monday and dove for a ball and my knee has been bodied since..my shoulder cracks all the time from years of tennis so I can't lift much and I'm out of shape because I can't play ball three days a week for 2 hrs each day anymore because of work. shyt sucks. Gonna have to go on the Gandhi diet too

I played ball in college and I think that accelerates the post-grad drop off. No bytch ass coaches forcing you into the gym anymore :mjcry:

Im 33 and I hit the :flabbynsick: stage when I was 28. I work a full time and part time job and I feel drained even after work sometimes. I need to make more time for gym. I lost weight but with all these treats and doughnuts and food at work and everywhere I go...its hard. Sometimes I say no and I still find myself indulging. I wish I had the genes where my body wont gain weight and I can eat whatever I want.

2 years ago I strained a tendon in my right ankle during a rec league game... I couldn't run for 2 months... would just be at the gym dribbling... :sadcam:

Makes me thankful. I heal just as quickly when I was 16 and I'm 32. They all made fun and laughed at me when I said I wouldn't eat meat anymore. Now I'm the only one still slanging pipe to young womens off aura alone and running up and down the court like it's nothing hustling on every play.

Younger brehs get yourself right while you are still young because if not you will be :flabbynsick:

I'm 27 and I've yet to hit my physical peak. I think I'll peak at 35. I just get more handsome and better looking as I age. I was a very ugly child. Unlovable type of ugly. But I've worked hard for over a decade and it's finally paying off. When I'm 40 I'm going to be gorgeous. I can't wait. Most girls don't peak beauty wise until they're middle aged. those middle aged hips and thighs are the GOAT.

I'm:flabbynsick:age-wise but not physically. Gotta wear a knee brace to play ball and the hairline is faulty but I'm:jawalrus: for the most part.
EDIT: Tryna lose 5 lbs for the upcoming summer ball sessions.:banderas:

As you age, you will learn that getting good rest, diet and stretching are majorly important. You will also have to put more focus into form when lifting because you wont be able to get away with the same shortcuts you did as you were younger because that wear and tear on cartilage, tendons and joints add up.
