WHAt do you mean end game? My overall goal? I want to be a dean, principal or vp. Teaching is great but I could do more. It is politics too which will be hard for me because I ginuely care for youth

I’m looking at other schools with the program I want to get into but my anxiety is through the roof. I feel like the PWIs I would love to get into, they may not want me. I feel like in need to be more resonable, not settle.

If you get into Harvard, (and it doesn't cost you an arm + leg) the name alone can get you access.

No matter what, and in this order.

Study hard for the GRE/GMAT what ever exam you plan to take.

Look at your GPA and test score and decide what schools you're most likely to get into. Apply to a lot of those school then apply to two reach schools and schools below your thresholds as safetys.

Do some networking if you have time and watch the chips fall.

Look into all programs In detail and the outcomes to make sure you're money is being spent wisely

do you really need to drop big $$ for a grad degree for those positions? serious question....seems like time spent getting experience and networking gets you into dean positions, and principal - like school principal? that's definitely boots on the ground mixed with school district/city politics

you need to change your mindset...you need to know what you're brining to a program, helps for application essays and admissions interviews (if applicable)

How are you paying? If you can provide the necessary info that paying won't be an issue you are half way there. Is this like an executive master's program or are you going to stop working full-time?
