Every relationship is different so theres no one way to get it right my g. It's always going to be hard but the work you put in to make it work is what gives real value to what you have. In time you will get to know each other intuitively so you wont feel like so much like you're winging it. You wouldn't have got married if you didnt love her so the foundation is already there.
Communication is key though, you need to talk to your wife about it. This might be the worst place to ask for advice though alot of woman hate on here.
