I appreciate the way Allen Iverson played basketball.

Watching Allen at Georgetown was a thing of beauty. He seemingly could do whatever he wanted out there. The thing I loved the most about his game, was trying to predict exactly when he would get a steal at half court and finish with a dunk at the other end. The fact that he sported the patent leather J's faithfully, the illest shoe ever made (at the time - imo), added to the mystique.

That was at the same time that UCONN had Ray Allen and Villanova had Kerry Kittles. All three would go on to be good NBA players but you could always tell that Allen, despite having the least imposing figure of the three, would be the best by far.
