I went to a special event where you can autocross a Lamborghini Gallardo or a Ferrari F430. I chose the Gallardo....

How did it handle? How far were you able to push it? Looks like you're in a cleared parking lot not a whole lot of room to open it up i'd imagine.

Yeah it was autocross so its not like really high speed driving but you get to do crazy turns. I had never driven a mid engine car before. I learned quickly the handling ability is great. The instructor in the car told me to take the turns faster and the car will be fine. Just keep your foot on throttle and take the turn. Trust the car because it will make the turn. I really want to go to a special track event called esperienza now and get way more seat time. http://esperienza.lamborghinievents.com/ A full day of learning how to drive super cars at race track speeds. I quote from the sites itinerary "
- The opportunity to experience unique performance characteristics of both Lamborghini Aventador and
Gallardo model ranges" AVENTADOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They offer this at a track in New Jersey... I am doing this for sure.

No, but I wanted to focus on driving and learning the handling of the car rather than using the paddle shifters. It was a autocross course with super tight turns. Other than the straight away you can basically stay in one gear at high rpm(where the power is) anyway.
