Lifestyle habits change? Could be the reason why. Although for me oddly enough drinking a Coke doesn't affect me sleeping.Ppl with problems with there inner clock: fast 18 hours before you wanna wake up

same here. one day i go sleep at 7 am. the other at midnight. then 3.my inner clock is messed up badd. I have odd sleeping times.
