It's already a circus in big D, he won't stand out down there in the media circus in Arlington, Tx. it'll also take away the attention from everybody elses(romo, ware, JG, the coach staff, and Jerry along with other front office) shortcomings and failure that will undoubtedly happen next season. And u know Jerry love an excuse and moral victory instead of an actual victory.
And then add into account that Ware isn't open to taking to pay it and will most likely be released. And Spencer isn't consistent and didn't really play last season.
