has actually gotten more tolerable...and even likable to me as an analyst. :lupe:

his chemistry with the guys on TNT has gotten better, and i think he's gained Charles' respect. he's not being as big of an obvious clown this season too, i believe. plus, i enjoy his Diesel Dunks on NBA TV & you can't front on the Shaqtin' A Fool segment.

@track 1 as a fellow, adamant Shaq on TNT hater, would you agree?

ATL…overly
He had his missteps last season, but he wasn't as bad as everybody said last yr. I saw the growth and Shaq has natural on air talent. He's gonna continue to get better brehs

I think it's because he realizes he doesn't need to try so hard to be the coolest, loudest guy in the room. Just try to blend in with the formula of EJ + Charles + Kenny that has been a success for over a decade. He was really forcing it the first 2 years and it came off more annoying than funny - more awkward than engaging.

Charles is the body. Kenny is the the battery. EJ is the glue. All Shaq had to do was relax and add a lil spark to it. He's doing a good job of that this season.

And yeah Shaqtin' A Fool is good. Last night's edition was weak though.

@Rev shaq has gotten better since his first year but he is still horrible. he just isnt cut out to be an analyst. his voice is awful, mumbles all the time and isn't very articulate

i have watched inside the nba waaaaaayyyy less since shaqs been on there

i'd rather have magic johnson back to be honest. he fit in with the whole crew better.

like shaq as a player, hate him as a analyst

Yeah, he isn't trying to be the focal point of the show anymore and turning everything into a dikk measuring contest. He's learning his role now.
