What is the highest political office a black person has reached in England?

i think it'd be americas equivalent of being on congress.

Was recalling an altercation me n my boy had with police once, we both agreed if they had guns that day they'd have killed us point blank. I think about 30 police watched 2 of us get put in hospital that night lol

I think England's a great place to live, but it's very expensive, particularly if you're from london.

If your broke the UK is most likely better due to the welfare system and universal health care.

If you have money the US is the better option.

To be honest I don't know if a best country in the world even exists. Some have more advantages than others, but all are flawed to some degree because people are and it also subjective and based on what someones values are.
