I cant get Coli night

Cant seem to figure out how to change the background to black. Can I get a heads up.

Obvious question: Are you using the drop down menu at the very bottom of the page?

I just changed from Coli night back to Coli blue, and the Coli night skin disappeared. It's not on the drop down menu anymore.
