Unless you’re salary, go to school and/or have a side business i don’t understand how you’re OK looking at your check and not seeing some amount of OT on there

What makes it worse is nikka that use the excuse that they don’t work OT because they don’t want tax to take more, wtf kind of logic is that

Maybe it’s because I’m from the islands but I try to make sure i put in at least 20 hrs OT every pay period. If you not getting it like that then you not hustling hard enough

I spend most of my free time trying to further develop my side ventures

But if you'e content with just working for someone else the rest of your life and you have nothing to do in your free time, the OT thing is a great idea

It’s not. But it could be catch 22. For instance, if I don’t put in extra time sometime, it will just have me behind and scrambling. Like if I’m out the office for more than a day, I at least have to go through my emails. If a nikka take a week off and don’t check his emails it’s gonna be at least 50 of them bytches waiting on me

That said, I get hella freedom to do what I need to do at my own pace. I can do what the fukk I want as long as shyt get done. I’m at home right now smoking a backwood and watching some shyt on ESPN.

But yeah, don’t go in finance if you want a great work life balance. It’s a lot of taking your work home with you

Yall nikkas dunno how to do the tax hussle? Everytime u work OT in a pay period, change your claims so tax is barely taken out. When u done, change it back to 0 or 1. Done deal
