human contact goes beyond just physical interaction. So that would mean no phone calls, texts, video chats, social media, streams or forums.

I did 6mo in the hole with a week break halfway through when I was locked up. A healthy mind can adapt to ridiculously hard situations if it must. If I could’ve gotten regular commissary and my tv, I would’ve been fine.
