On offense they usually get guys that make sense.

On defense, they ALWAYS outsmart themselves and draft some dude that wasn't expected to go until 1-3 rounds later. Just draft Mr. Obviously A. ProBowler Jr., instead of reaching. They'd pass up Reggie White just to draft some backup noseguard from Podunk State.

Scheme matters but dawgs >> scheme fit.
