I don’t want a thick ass anymore. I lost this weight and I don’t want a bubble. :scusthov:

My body aches because it’s been such a long time since I’ve been back lifting weights and shyt.

I was still about to do my 5 mile walk/jog afterwards though šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ’ŖšŸ½

I did 20 on each portion of the mat but with body weight. The mat had four feet things and I did 20 on each.

It looked like this:

Yeah I dropped it down low and then picked up back up. My feet were positioned on those feet prints in the picture above. I def made dat azz touch da flo’.

I didn’t do hips I don’t think.
