I did NOT fill out a Bracket, for the first time in 20 years.

Full Disclosure: I love the NCAA tournament. Usually try to take the first Thurs/Fri off to enjoy the opening weekend.

But I've always wondered if I'd enjoy the basketball more without a vested interest. This year, I'll find out.

I'm about 30 minutes into the experiment, and I'm enjoying it.

Rooting against Notre Dame still feels great, and totally without conflict of interest.

Haven't done a bracket in like 4-5 years and haven't done any fantasy sports the last two years. It does bring an element of appreciation that I lost but I don't knock anybody who still does a bracket or fantasy sports....

I never fill one out... I hate the casual fan that doesn't even watch a game that fills out a bracket
