I didn’t realize I was getting old until experiencing heartburn

Heartburn. This feels so bad. Oh my lawdt jeebus. . I’m not even sure what I ate to trigger this but damn it, man. Got my ass sitting up in all sort of different positions . What the hell. I guess everyone has that moment when they’re like, “yep, I’m getting old”. This has been mine because shiiiiet.

Heartburn isn't age exclusive, Gotta be a eating habit thing, I used to get heartburn fairly consistently when I was under 18 drinking sodas and eating chips. Now I haven't had any heartburn/acid re-flux since.

Probably eating habits. Right around 30 I was getting reflux. When I cleaned up my diet it never came back.

Facts that shyt was scorching in my teens/early 20's haven't had really since then, we was just way more reckless with the shytty diet and being active didn't make u immune from that shyt either..


Its way to much knowledge and information out here to blame on age...Just got to start off by drinking more water first n foremost and then start cutting sugar so on so forth..

Probably GERD. Reducing coffee, chocolate, spicy foods, garlic, tomatoes, onions - and a few other things I don't recall off the top of the head - will probably help.
