I work in Healthcare and the amount of population getting fukked up from this Covid/Omicron variant is levels I haven't seen. People are not dying like they were but the infections in children and people is like they sprayed this shyt in the atmosphere.
The difference is kids are being affected and some dying.

There isn't enough tests and the free open clinics jawns have people waiting outside for 2 hours before it opens. I don't know but this shyt not looking good. Thank god it has been warm in the Northeast so the Flu common cold is not as widespread yet.

They got FEMA coming to help some hospitals

serious question. are you seeing people have extremely bad symptoms, or like the flue where they should be fine waiting it out at home

if we dont lock down like we did last year why wouldnt we expect the cases to rise? as long as the deaths are low isnt that what matters?
gotta remember around late November all of December 2019..

ppl was fukked up nobody knew why....

come 2020...corona....

same shyt...

all I know since April 2020 after I got vaccinated.. i haven't a asthma attack or seasonal asthma attack yet...

People are not dying YET

FIXED.

Always takes a min for the deaths to catch up to the infections

And I dont care if the omicron variant is less deadly, it's still more contagious.

The fact that more of the population will be catching covid this go around means that the death numbers will probably average out to where they were before.

Dummies really out here playing with their lives right now.

I can mostly can be resolved by home and rest but older people seem longer to recovery. Kids seem quick but there are instances of kids having bad headaches vomiting shortness of breath etc..

Nursing shortages?

Breh it's a shortage for all positions at hospitals. We have therapist positions where nobody applied since July. It's getting to the point where directors are posting about jobs or one healthcare network going directly to colleges trying to hire on the spot. shyt bad out here and the news not covering it fareal.
