I always have this bar from MAC stuck in my head for some reason "but I'm always sober, cause a leader gotta stay up on his toes nikka".

That bar makes me think about people that I know who are washed up because of weed or alcohol or just themselves and 1 of the two.

They do even worse shyt than drinking when they run into problems, it's rough!


I try to help them tho but there's only so much you can do. Its sad seeing them waste their lives starting stuff in their mid to late 30s at stages most nikkas mastered in by late 20s and are somewhat settled and stable.


The 90s hit them nikkas HARD with the bad influences. Even my best friend's brother was 1 strike away from getting locked up for a good minute and he was a white guy. They don't even care if you aren't even black anymore, they are cracking down hard on a lot of dudes about that life.
