He's never dissapointed me...he RIPPED house party with meek, and it was refreshing to hear him again

EASILY the best b-teamer of the roc/dipset/state property era. Only JR Writer and freeway was close then and they fell off incredibly

I think Hov took his flow and did his best to bury him so no one would notice.

It's the only way. Cause dude had the skills, the songwriting ability, the work ethic AND kept out of trouble despite his street ties.

Maybe Hov was scared that Bucky was gonna drag him down?

Maybe Cris just wanted to do things his way....

He just missed that spot because of the Roc collapse, he was on his way after 'Tough Luv', 2005/2006 should have been his year, and now...just wrong place, wrong connects, Meek is garbage compared to Chris, it's kinda sad that dude is everywhere now...

Chris is ill, has the heart in his raps, that Meek lacks...love most of his solo stuff, but I think his production has been lacking for years, since the post Roc days, that sophmore Gunz album didn't help matters either, Jay just left them after that...just another tragedy of the ROC breakup.

i just bought tough luv for 3 bucks used :ohlawd:

i've always been lowkey a fan of chris, but outside the young gunz i think it just took him too long to put out the quality release needed to survive the roc collapse

like the network 2 may be one of the best releases to just slip by everyone, but it seemed to late to catch that fire

EDIT: no one who wasn't jay except for maybe freeway really survived the roc collapse in terms of making quality music

2 Chainz showed its never too late. Gotta change your brand, change how nikkas perceive you. Chris need to lock himself in the studio until he come up with some Kush & Orange Juice type shyt, some Codeine Cowboys type shyt. He should probably change his name, and change his flow.

I'm still hoping he'll get to release a proper solo and finally get it popping, I feel like it's too late unfortunately though. Some cats are just destined not to hit it big.

Dude is just one of a million rappers who just rap to rap...I mean, he has no story, no history...

Who is Young Chris? Nobody knows except you, his fans...

Dude has no substance, and he is not ignorant...So nobody cares...

I am not even interested in Youtubing this guy, because I know his raps are just collection of punchlines that don't say anything...
