I live in a big city in Texas and at large concerts or events cops don't care if people are walking around outside smoking. I've gotten pulled over twice with weed, one while my friend was driving. Neither time did we get arrested or even a ticket. First cop took my eighth tho, I know he went home and smoked that shyt too.
