The internet in general is very very low frequency content because thats what gets the patties chatting and computers putin. Combine that with the dopamine drive and the rest its not good for anyones mental health as its so addictive and accessible as well as normalized in society.

I got permanently banned from twitter 2 years ago and, yeah you definitely feel better when you not reading all that low vibrational bullshyt and trolling that happens on black twitter.

I heard that now they’ll show you tweets from people that you don’t even follow.

It's based on algorithms I believe. If I liked someone's tweet or someone you follow likes, retweets, or follows someone you don't follow, they start showing up on your feed.
