We’re on Kronos so that shyt from the beginning of the year fukked with our pay, and they paid us an average of the weeks before, during the time Kronos was down and we couldn’t clock in or out ..this was about 10 weeks
Now the time I work depends on the amount of shyt we have to move, but it’s normal for me to get 55+ hrs…hell about a month ago I got 76 hrs in a week
They supposedly were making corrections for those weeks and were either paying the difference or taking the difference, which ever was the case
This was supposed to happen in march…then they came back and said it would be May…now I’m knowing I’m owed about a rack easy, so I’m patiently waiting…well May is almost over
I call HR today, they said money was disbursed on the 6th and the breakdown was on that check…I get DD so I don’t really view my paychecks, and it was a normal check for me so nothing made me feel like I had to look…these mufukkas talkin bout I owed them 200 and some change
nikka as hard as I work and as many hours I work, to the point that I have been out for a week because I strained my fukkin back, y’all gon tell me for those 2 n a half months, the average pay they gave a nikka was more than what I actually worked
And then they said that if you owed money, they were excusing it
that’s the part that really got me
This taught me a valuable lesson to keep records of all my shyt..we turned in written time cards, but I have no proof myself of the exact hours that were worked
