I only feel positive and productive when I'm high.

But I don't do anything but sleep, eat, watch TV, or stalk hoes online when I'm high.

So I don't know how to feel.
:dead:

You gotta do something active while ur high to break outta that

One blunt at a time:lawd:

I can't imagine living an 100% sober life :mindblown: weed has become a necessary part of living for me

is that fukked up? :wow:
You need to take a break. I felt like this before, took a break and just quit altogether

Started smoking in the 90s
Did it for 15 years almost
realized how much time I wasted and never went back

then the green rush came with everyone smoking
I used to be OG weed head, I felt the same way... if you get sober for 3 months and focus on something else. You will feel extremely foolish for saying you need weed daily.
To put it into perspective, you dont really even know what being YOU feels like anymore, I felt the same way when I smoked. I thought it calmed me down and made me focus
but that was me lying to myself.... if you really needed to smoke weed, you wouldnt need to continue to smoke it to feel that way. Think about that when you get deep into a session,
I'm not saying its bad... but its not really a crutch either... it becomes a ritual of you brainwashing yourself.

What made me completely quit was watching a commercial for a Benz on TV ... it was always on every 15 minutes. And they would show the price of the car, I realized when I was high
that I'm driving a 97 sentra with the engine falling out... and I'm spending Benz money on weed in a month. My priorities were all fukked up and then thought, all the people I know who
do the same thing but are broke as fukk. Its basically like saying, if I quit smoking weed... I could afford any car I want? :ohhh:The only way you should seriously smoke weed, is if you grow
and harvest your own crop. If you are throwing hundreds of dollars into a weed, that you could grow in 3 months... you're pouring jelly on yourself. That was when I was younger 20s and ever
since then I had no problem with money OR talking shyt as far as passing drug tests and whatever. I can go into work and talk shyt about "I can pass a drug test, 90% of yall are fukked... boss too"
So then it becomes a good alibi when people try to pin that shyt on you too. Some people can do it, but you will always be ready and out perform them ... they will need that weed to "stay level and get shyt done" while you are just a machine at any given time.

if you smoke 25$ worth of tree a day thats 750$ a month
thats 9000$ a year you just put up in smoke... 9k could change your entire life

I smoked for 13 years thats 117,000$ .... Thats fukking insane numbers and I have nothing to show for it... and thats not adding alcohol and other drugs
This is an awesome post big dawg.

I hate the amount I spend...but my money gon be pissed away regardless.

Bills, food, fukking gas....

Between them things I be thinkin i might as well buy this damn weed fr.

everyone has their own vices... I wouldnt say stop but its good to have everything in check
freeing up money in one place, might make you spend in another... so its all about balance
I'm also one of those people who slowly just couldnt smoke anymore ... it mad me more anxious as time went on.
I used heavy to combat anxiety, but little did I know... the weed was making me more anxious and then I got stuck into a loop like the thread says
where I thought taking it would fix it... when taking it was the problem for me in the first place.

kind of like drinking to be comfortable... when the outcome of drinking would always be horrible
but still drinking to be comfortable to pad the horrible side... it just turned into a mess :russ: I had to use the weed to think deeply about pulling myself out of it.
The thing nobody talks about is that I feel the same not smoking too, its just that people smoke everyday for years on years so they arent used to feeling sober. But once you're sober
for a few months you regulate and get into that cycle. I still smoke from time to time but I try to avoid it, the best part about drugs is that they arent going anywhere... if I wanna get fukked up
at any time I have that luxury... I look at it like a marathon and not a sprint, maybe in 10 years I'll smoke heavy again :yeshrug:My advice and perspective is more to people stuck in a tailspin
and trapped in the middle ground. If you can quit for 3-4 years you can save ALOT of bread and get yourself in a great position. Most of the time if you grow weed, and dont have intent to distribute... you can get away with it if you are lowkey. Keep a plant on rotation every 4 months and you have free trees to smoke whenever you want.

I’d say cut back. Weed has a way of making people psychologically dependent. Inherently, anything that is mind altering isn’t you in you’re sharpest form. Weed, liq, drugs etc all dull/blunt you. You don’t want to be in a blunted stage for long periods of time.
