It's MY PR, my own personal best after working hard and challenging myself to get stronger week by week, little by little. And I felt proud by doing so.

Had you posted that you finally reached a max bench of a mere 185, I would've :salute:'d you with congrats, regardless of the weight being seen as "light" to many others. Because it was something that you worked hard for.

Guess we just have different mentalities :hhh:

i have gained a few pounds over trhe last few weeks, but i always felt normal

No problem with jokes from time to time, I'm just annoyed with other Black men feeling like we have to diss or one-up another constantly, seriously or sarcasticly.

This place being one of if not the only online safe haven for a (mostly :skip:) Black male audience, it's tiring seeing the "playing the dozens" mentality persist in many past adulthood.
