Can't help further because you have a password issue in both your coli account and your email address. Maybe recovering the password of your email address will help you better than anything.

it'll be easier to access your email. if you reset the password to the email address it's registered to then you can get your coli password. Shouldn't be that difficult to reset an email password anyways. They'll prolly ask you some security questions. But I was saying to register your coli name under your main email account so you won't forget that password. Unless you have another screenname saved under it. I think aliases need separate emails. I doubt they can change your password for you.

Exactly what I just told you but that's in the case you have access to the email address you registered with. Otherwise, the problem is unfortunately on your end.

wooooooooooooooo i got it!!!!!!!!!!!!! turns out i forgot to put on the cap locks when type the password!!
