Jay just stating the facts. He came up under Big Daddy Kane who lost relevance and he's been holding NY down since Biggie died. No diss, just truth. No New York rapper can claim "King" like he does because he has surpassed Nas. You know the line: "Who the best mc? Jay-Z, Biggie Or Nas?" Well, Jay won across the board in a major way.
