actually thats it.. number of visit + ads = revenueHow did they base their valuation?
Number of visits don't mean jack.
The problem is that you can have 1,000 visits a day but no one clicking on the banners, which is how the site would make money. The seller would give a kickback if the buyers came to their site via a banner. You could have a site that has 100 visitors a day, but if 20 of them are clicking on the banner and getting redirected to e-commerce sites and are buying, that web site is actually worth more.actually thats it.. number of visit + ads = revenue
how much would you sell your company for the buyer to still make a profit.. for coli it seems to be the amount....
now.. they dont run that many adds so its not realistic to how much they are making... but the one running this site is caking.. specialy if he has a real job on the side.

if you have a very visited website.. then you can flip it for adds..
imagine if tlr hadthread about cloths and deals.. like the arcadium does..
imagine getting paid for it... so the value is the value... but the worth is different.. probably closer to 50 000
