I got $2500 dollars to spare, any idea's on increasing it? (Advice)

I'm kinda in the same boat...I got about 20k sitting in a savings account collecting dust that I know I'm slowly losing money on due to inflation.

Problem is, I hate risk and I'm lazy as fukk, so I want to find a way to flip it that doesn't involve any actual work or chance of losing money.

Haven't started yet. All I've done is scope out the neighborhood. I live not too far from that area. I've got contractors and trades people lined up to do repair work. And I got a roommate to move in with me so I could free up the cash to buy 1 or 2 places.

Gonna start really looking in September. Would like to purchase a place before January.

What are you looking to do? I'm down to put together a conference call or an online meeting spot for folks who are interested to discuss this kind of stuff.

Long term looking for rental property and flipping as well. I'm about 90mins or so from Bmore in VA. I'd be interested in this conference call.

Index fund by Vanguard. They have one that uses the securities of the S&P 500.
