3rd shift is TYPICALLY slower, so use that time to increase your knowledge, specifically in the areas that interest you most. Ask questions like you don't know anything and soak up as much as you can.

I was at an MSP in the NOC, it was super chill on 3rd shift but when shyt happens I got burned out after 3 years


Now I'm Internal IT for one company and mostly am doing project work
