I been fighting a couple investigations since Feb of this year, but i think im making some headway. To make a long story short my job was doing shyt that was against policy last year. I didnt want to rock the boat and didnt report it. My mind was so fcked up bc of the workplace environment, i got jammed up behind some drinking.

They thought i was going to be terminated within 2 months, but its been 6 months since they sent up my separation package. I have 2 open discrimination complaints against 2 cacs i used to work undermind you ive been to rehab and been to mental health counseling. I was in the hospital for 3 months. All while still getting paid

For reference, my department head came to me when it came to the surface, and said even though they messed up, i dont need to file a complaint. It'll cause a scene, they can handle it internally in the department. Basically he was like "Dont file it! I dont want my boss on my head"

But i didnow i got an email saying it'll take another 6 months for the personnel center to review my case to get to the bottom of it. If they had concrete evidence against me, they would've wrapped it up by now

Moral is, dont let no job punk you! They will try. I didnt sign my contract wanting to be a freedom fighter like Al Sharpton, but that's just the hand i was dealt

You already know. They Installed my CPAP last week. I got tinnitus & a shave profile. I got medication for ED too. 50% from the CPAP and another 10% from one one of them.

Add in the depression, migraines, and alcohol abuse. Gon take them cacs to the cleanersshooting for the 3k a month from disability, but we sitting at $1110/month now

They hate it when a black man call a spade a spade and play his cards right. Got them folks looking at me likeevery day.

Fck it, they gotta pay me till all the dust settle

@NeilCartwright - ....lol....a shaving profile....those are hilarious....wish I woulda been able to get one....I legit have not shaved since I got out in 2012....I absolutely refuse to ever use a razor ever fukking again after the military....I just use a hair trimmer for my entire head....


....but yo, check this out....I knew a guy who was taking some sort of mental health meds that made him real sleepy and he complained to his health provider and was given a 15 minute nap profile....at any point and time he could literally just go "I'm tired" and command was MEDICALLY REQUIRED to let this d-bag take a 15 minute nap....and he could take them consecutively....soon as he got up after 15 mins - he could just say he needed another 15....we'd form up and they'd start talking some dumb shyt about a detail and dude would flex his nap profile like a straight cheat code....I swear that mofugga' did the least amount of work I ever seen....


....you def gonna be getting people giving you that look just cuz they see it as you getting free money....but if you got the cards, they can't do shyt but cash out at the showdown....good luck....

....it's just military life so there's a cultural gap that makes it difficult to have perspective on what he's saying....they fukked up and now he's got Uncle Sam in a position to pay him out...we should all be signing off on this...

....I'm not exactly sure what you mean...but if you're talking about getting paid when they're liable - yea it can be....I mean....yea, dudes WILL game the entire situation and get pay outs they really don't deserve....but dudes also WILL get legitimately fukked....especially if they don't get what they need documented in an official record of some sort....

....potentially....it's a roll of the dice....there's less freedom to control the type of people you work with....you'll be stuck with whoever happens to have the same assignments as you for the most part....if you don't get along with dudes in your unit [especially leadership] it can be a difficult situation [especially at lower ranks]....


....but it also doesn't get much sweeter than being an OG in your unit and being tight with command....but units reguarly get orders that shuffle personnel, so in the long run having rank and a good record is what will protect you....especially when people really fukk up....dudes will pull serious Houdini level shyt trying to cover their mistakes....


....some people might even get jealous just because you're in a position to get paid....doesn't matter if you deserve it....some people will keep what they know to themsleves and try to use it to fukk you....the rule of thumb in the military is to get everything possible officially documented every step of the way....there's enough level headed people reviewing the records that you'll have a good chance at getting what you deserve....

I came in with the intention to do the 20. Got some supervisors going against policy. Ppl I worked with told em to call it out but I didn’t wanna play that card @ the time. I thought it would get better over time if I came in early, stayed late, all that. But it didn’t.

Mind you a Lt Col (O-5) told me his ppl in his department fcked up, but I don’t need to file a complaint..he could handle it. By then my situation was so far gone, there was no coming back and I had to apply pressure. That’s partly why he don’t like me. I’ll be out by this summer anyway bc my contract is up. I’m living on borrowed time.
