There is no real back story other than this morning I got paid and was

I check my pay check from work to make sure everything was good and the check is looking hefty

I go to my bank and I see what I thought was in the account and shyt had me like

I check the recent transactions and shyt is looking real foreign

Condo Insurance 289
Some New England Utilities company 600

Call my bank and they are like

Now a nygga gotta wait until tomorrow when the amounts actually post before I can file a formal claim

I got one charge reversed already but the money comes back to me in 3-4 business days and when I asked them for the information on WHO used my card information I got the

They can't give me that information but they see that someone changed the account information today

I'm on hold with the police department to file the claim so I can get that information...

I feel like a snitch but I gotta get my bread back

I had a Wells Fargo credit card with a 10k limit that I had never used in like 6 months back in like 2007 before you had texts alerts and shyt.
I went to this festival and tried to buy some food and they denied the transaction on that card.
Weird because I had never, ever used that card before.
I called the customer service number and the card was maxxed out the previous weekend at Walmart of all places in got damn Cleveland.
I live in New Orleans.

I went through the process and got my money back.

Come to find out it was an inside job where some chick at Wells was getting the card info, scanning it to a blank card and then going to her home girl cashier at Walmart and buying tvs, computers and gaming systems and shyt.

Dumb assess did not think Wells and Walmart would get suspicious when all the fraud alerts traced back to the same cashier.
They got hundreds of people before they got caught.

About 3 years ago I get a call from my bank. I call them back and they tell me they’re shutting my card down for fraud. They don’t need me to dispute or make a claim because it would be impossible for me to have made the purchases.

Nikkas from Brazil to India. Australia to Italy and everywhere in between was using my credit card. It was over 250 transactions

They refunded every cent.
