So the last few days I decided to completely cut out any added sugar. I was still eating some fruits but no white sugar or any soda etc. I had been feeling lifeless, lethargic, slow, not sociable , etc and I sort of stumbled when a colleague at work was having her birthday so she was going around sharing chocolates and I decided to have one. Within minutes, I had found this new energy and was bouncing up and down like I was on cocaine, super sociable with everyone at work. shyt was crazy, not only did I have one chocolate, I went back to the canteen and finished the rest of the box. My body had been starved of sugar for like a week and it was making up for lost time.
anyway I’ve decided not to completely quit sugar but do it in moderation. I’m going to have the occasional soda and chocolate here and there but way less than I already was.
