I have taken a film class, but it's not so much that than some books I have read. I had this one book, How to Write a Screenplay, that broke down exactly how cookie cutter most Hollywood scripts are

But in all seriousness, Damn near all the movies that are released now are just rehashes. Look at Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Rehash because those jewish writers dont have any creativity left in their bodies to make a decent interesting or innovative movie. We need more writers to keep their rights and sell them to big budgets with them directing and producing the films. We also need to kill Tyler Perry but thats a matter for another time.

Cosign OP to the fullest. I HATE movies, outside of a couple comedies and the occasional thriller i always end up with the face. My wife always begs to go to the movies but i just can't go sit for two hours and spend $20 to be disappointed.

I hardley go to the movies anymore. Maybe 2 or 3 a year. I used to go every other weekend but as i get older i get so picky about what i want to see. I was hyped for Prometheus and i forget that i even seen it, thats how much that movie stuck with me. Avengers was coo, reminded me of being a kid again. Only two movies, havent seen tdkr yet, this weekend ill check it.
