Definitely for the prices some of ya'll are paying for haircuts you are better off investing in your own clippers

I'm getting raped with these prices that they charge... They wanna charge $15 for a cut then $5 more to line up your beard.. I use to go every two weeks when I was working more and not in school. Now I manage every 3 weeks..

On top of all that one of the barbers tried to scam me the other day. I seen him 3 weeks and it was my first time getting lined up/cut by him because the place was jam packed and I wanted to get outta there. He did a pretty good job though, so I hit him up yesterday asking when he's good and how much for a cut.

He tells me $30 but he can do it for $25

I said "nah aint it usually $15 + $5"

He was like " Oh thats usually what I charge ( the $30) but I got you"

Im thinking GTFOH BUT... I dont know any other barbershops in the area really ( I'm in the Joliet area).. My old Bshop was a 30 minute drive plus the sometimes 30 minute wait then a 30 minute drive so now Im stuck with this place..

I usually get a cut or shape up every two/three weeks. I got a fresh cut today for 20 dollars. Goatee trim and all. I aint gon front, them dominican motherfukkas is nice with the clippers. Especially when they line your shyt up with this...

You gotta learn how to line yourself up, if you hurtin for cash (no diss) that'll keep some money in your pockets. I won't go as far as to say cut your own hair but you can at least keep it fresh in between cuts

Came back after being in Miami for 3 years and in the South Loop they want $25-30. :favre:

Found a spot that does it for 20 though.

ehhhh 25 is a little expensive but it isn't that crazy of a price for a cut tbh, especially if your barber is nice. 30 dollars is rape status though, fukk outta here. I give my barber 21...17 plus 4 dollar tip.
