I Hate Millennials

Despite being one myself, I can't deal with the 'everything needs to be handed to me on a platter mentality'. As a collective simple life skills are greatly lacking and I just feel it is going to get worse.

My breh just called me to help him setup something and I'm like breh, all the info is on Youtube...he couldn't even be bothered to watch a 5 min video, he wanted my help get off my phone.

I run a business and some of the resumes I see it is just , like there is the IDGAF attitude that you see in people who are supposed to be college educated. Let me not even talk about the interviews!

My aunt works for a major hotel chain in Dallas, she was recently telling me about this recent college graduate she was interviewing for a management trainee job. She asked if she had her resume and the woman pulled out her phone and pulled it up on there and gave the phone to my aunt to review. My folk was dumbfounded. Needless to say, ole girls app was thrown in the trash after that.

I'll be honest..a lot of millennial folks come in with heavy chips on their shoulders and want what they want NOW..I don't blame y'all tbh because it's dog eat dog but the corporate environment hasn't fully adjusted to how Millenials act and think imo so you have to play the game by the traditional standard.

Generalize a whole generation of people and wonder why they don't respect or fukk with you, brehs.

Life is different for millennials than gen x'rs, nikkas can't go out and buy apartments or go to college without using money, people have had the internet ever since they could walk, why wouldn't they want the easiest way out?

I keep seeing it time and time again like there is this entitlement, like "i need this" without putting in the work to get this. So as a breh posted above, some of them even whipped out phones in interviews like There is a big lack in preparation, like do your research How they present themselves, lying and just this go with the flow point of view. I know people are looking for a job, especially college grads, so they will be sending out hundreds of resumes. But when you see resumes coming to you with the name of another company multiple times or something copied from somewhere on the web, then
