I hate my co worker. He complains all day, frowns his face and curses about every little thing. The guy is toxic. I'm trying to find another job to get away from him. Recently, he's been switching his off days to my off days. Im at my wits end. Any advice?

You should never quit a job because another nygga stays in his feels, now if that coworker is doing something to you personally that's a whole nother discussion.
Two things you need to do.
1. Man up and talk to the coworker personally about the issue to resolve it.
2. Bring the issue up to your manager or the HR department.
I think I might go too far and curse his ass out. I work in corrections, we monitor cctv's, patrol the grounds etc. Also, our office is recorded, management can hear everything we say. I work for a government agency, we monitor the cctv's/activities of mentally ill inmates.
You don’t have to be aggressive about it. You could even ask him “do you think complaining makes our job easier?” and let him crash out and then get him fired.
