When we first got together, she was nice but had problems keeping friends well. That was when I found out she was a known whore and fukked all the athletes(shes an athlete herself by the way) the whole campus made fun of her for it. She wanted to transfer to make a good start but her parents refused to do so because she already was on academic probation due to her crappy grades. I tried to help her get on the right path as a loyal boyfriend but I found out she was seeing someone else on the side when I was gone in Philly for the weekend. The worst was that she has been seeing him for awhile and just found out she was 2 months pregnant after testing positive.
She lost parental support a long time ago and had no friends to help her because she had no job. I spend more than $2K total on this girl to help her pay her school deposit and her phone bills. After I found out about her cheating, she tried to make this look like it was my fault. I told her whatever she thinks but that will be the last time I will see of her again. As soon as I said that, she tried desperately to say that there's nothing wrong with be friends instead. I was angry and left her room. But I still cared for her and was scared to cut her off. By this time I also found myself a new girlfriend that treats me far better than my old one ever did, and I'm also her first serious boyfriend. By this time I was slowly beginning to move on past my old one.
While my ex was having fun with her new boyfriend, She than asked me for $400 to help her financial aid because her parents were not gonna pay. Her boyfriend was also broke and couldn't do it either. My girlfriend told me not to do it because my ex shouldn't be my concern anymore. I eventually told her that was my last favor to her.
Afterwards, she asked me for another $200 to help her overdraft fee so that she can pay the housing deposit for her new school. That was the last draw for me, I told her that she is only using me and she will never pay me back as she promised. She already had a track record for lying to people and she did this to me many times. I then decided that enough was enough of her gold digging, cheating, and lying to me. I finally told my new girlfriend that I officially had it with my ex taking advantage of me while knowing I have someone else to worry about. I no longer cared about my ex by this point.
Later that day my ex calls to ask if I have the money to help her, I finally put my foot down and told her no. I will not keep myself going broke because of her selfishness and inability to find her own way to pay. I told her our friendship was over and there was no chance of us getting back together again after all she did to me in the past and now. I hung up the phone and I surprisingly didn't feel guilty nor sad at all.
A week later she still hasn't called me back for any reason. I'm gonna assume she finally realized she no longer has any control of me. Her boyfriend also called me and told me he broke up with her because he thought she was crazy mentally. I told him he made the right choice.
I then told my girlfriend that I finally dropped my ex once and for all and that we can finally get more serious now that the past is finally behind us. Whatever happens to my ex no longer affects me nor is my concern.
