i'm to the point where I just don't give a fukk about this place. I don't do my audits like I'm suppose to. This chick I use to fukk with here I stopped talking to just because. I don't supervise shyt no more Upper Management is ass cheeks and they keep hiring shytty workers and expect me to make sure they don't fukk up. I got passed over for a upper management spot last year because I didn't have a degree, even though I'm in school right now and had 80 credits at the time. The CAC didn't even let me interview even though I held the job down for 3 fukking months with no trainning. It's hard to come to work when you know more then the CAC's above you..

And don't get me started on the pay. Luckily i have 2 other revenue streams because if I had to depend on this job alone i would be I'm out of this bytch by March at the latest. I have these fakkits 1.4 years of my time. No more. Never hated a place as much as this.

hard to save. I can only stash like $200 a month after I pay all my bills. still got my 401k (which I rolled into an IRA) and pension from a previous gig so I got my emergency $$$, but when i worked at AT&T in 2009 I was making 60k a year plus bonuses. got laid off and have yet to find a gig that pays close to that. Put in 6 years for a company with high standards and growth potential and to be stuck working for this piece of shyt company is pathetic. I got passed over for a position that started at 52k a year even though I was qualified (8 years management experience) all because I didn't have a bachelors degree. So i'm like the house nikka. I'm not a field hand eating scraps. I get to stay in the big house and get the good piece of pork. Some bullshyt. And no leadership whatsoever. Non of the employees respect management, but I'm supposed to supervise these fukk ups.

when I got laid off in 2010 the job market was so bad, I used part of my severance to start my own company. I was getting money in the beginning but shyt went down hill in 2011. Overhead was too much and I was putting in 16 - 18 hour days. I looked at my resume and knew I had to go back to school. Too much competiton from other layed off workers and fresh graduates. It took me 3 months just to get this bullshyt job. If I'm lucky, I'll have my CPA by the time i'm 40 working a government job. Until then i'm gonna have to just grind. I should've never dropped out of college after 2 semesters
